Shipping & Return Policy*

1. Due to COVID-19 we cannot accept returns on Accessories (including sunglasses) or Beauty items.

2. All other items are eligible to be returned for a store credit by emailing us at returns@angeliquerene.com within 3 days of delivery date.

You will receive a return process initiation message and the address of the nearest warehouse for shipping back to our distribution center. Once you have received a "return process initiation" email the item must be placed in the mail within 7 calendar days of the date of the return process initiation email to be eligible for a store credit. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

In-person return drop offs will not be accepted at our Distribution Center, Corporate Office, or Physical Store Location. All returns must be returned via mail.

Requirements for Store Credit/Exchange:

3. Each item must be returned in same condition it was sent. The item must not be worn, have any smell, soiled in any way, marked, or damaged.

4. All tags MUST be attached to the garment and in optimal resale condition. Please include the packaging slip or a note with your full name, address, order number, email and phone number in order to allow us to process your store credit as quickly as possible.

5. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange of any item that does not meet our exchange/store credit policy & standards.

6. If the item does not meet the policy/standard when it is returned to us, you will not receive a store credit. In that situation you will receive an email from returns@angeliquerene.com with details about the item not meeting policy/standard. 

7. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns are the customer's responsibility.

8. At this time we are unable to provide exchanges/store credit on international orders. International sales are final.

9. Processing times: After the item is received, (assuming it meets the standard) your store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days or sooner. You will be notified via email once your store credit is available.

We strongly recommend keeping proof of postage and your tracking number for the returned items until you’ve received your store credit.
